I am an executive coach, mentor, leveraging my 15+ years of coaching and mentoring executives, business owners, senior leaders and managers, backed up by a Masters in Business Administration qualification. I have worked in a wide range of industries from professional services, security, debt collection, financial services, cyber security, software, brewing, apprenticeships,  creative / the arts and social enterprise.

My clients value me for bringing my own experience in senior leadership roles and track record of supporting, coaching and mentoring executives, owners and senior leaders in leading and managing their teams and growing into their role more quickly and easily than they would if they made that journey alone.

I live in Folkestone, Kent, with with my partner, James, fur baby, Buzz and tortoise, Elliott.  I love to travel in our motorhome and now that we have a garden for the first time, growing flowers and vegetables.  Together with their co-owner, James and Helen also own a successful craft ale brewery in Gravesend, Kent.  Helen loves to learn, committing to learn something new every year, this has led her to attend drawing and painting classes, short story writing and wine tasting.
